Some original vineyards are still producing, including the Hillside Pinot Noir and George’s Hill Chardonnay, both featured in the tasting. As a certified organic winery since 2003, Porter Creek remains committed to the health of its vineyards and the future of the estate. Owner and winemaker Alex Davis brings in a valuable perspective, with hands-on winemaking experience from top tier producers in Burgundy and Rhône.
